Here’s how we spent the perfect day wedding dress shopping in Los Angeles.

1. Start the Morning at En Blanc

Begin the day in Santa Monica at En Blanc, a modern and intimate bridal boutique that feels like stepping into a chic Parisian design studio. Exposed brick walls showcase beautiful gowns all around, while the craftsmanship of the interior gives it a cozy, elevated vibe. Tucked on Main Street (ps. it’s easy to find parking nearby!)—you’ll be off to a great start.

This spot is ideal for small groups and requires appointments. Our stylist knew exactly what she was talking about. She felt like the cool big sister I always wanted: knowledgeable, encouraging, and effortlessly stylish. This “in-the-know” spot draws brides, influencers, and even celebrities, giving it a slightly secret‑society energy without feeling intimidating.

It’s the perfect place to start your wedding dress journey: the space doesn’t feel overwhelming, but the selection of dresses is immaculate and offers a wide range of styles. 4. Last But Not Least: Jaxon James Couture Bridal

Finally, we made our way to Jaxon James Couture Bridal in West Hollywood. We know LA traffic can be a nightmare, but we got lucky — smooth drive and ready for our final stop.

This was exactly what I imagined wedding dress shopping would feel like. The space is elegant and modern, with big glass windows and high-end gowns on display like a proper showroom. There were a few other appointments going on, but we had a lovely section to ourselves where we could sit, chat, and relax. They even brought us some champagne — obviously, we didn’t say no! By this point in the day, it was a nice little pick-me-up.

Our bride tried on a few more dresses — some similar to the styles we already loved, and a few just for fun, seeing how different cuts and fabrics felt. The selection here is very high-end, with lots of recognizable designers, and it felt like the place where everything started clicking. By the end of the appointment, we really had a sense of what felt like “the one,” and it was fun to reflect on the whole day with our bridal crew.

5. Celebrate at EP & LP Rooftop

We wrapped up the day with drinks at EP & LP Rooftop — conveniently just a short walk from Jaxon James, so no more driving. The views of the Hollywood Hills and Sunset Strip are seriously stunning, and the cocktails are delicious.

We toasted the day, laughed about our favorite dresses, and recapped all the highs (and funny moments) from the day.
